Employment Opportunities in Logistics Engineering –

In an effort to continue to provide value to our Membership, CLEP is beginning a pilot program to post Employment Opportunities in the Logistics Engineering field.  These postings are FREE to CLEP Members and will be posted for 30 days.  Please visit our new Opportunities page for a list of current openings.  If you have an opening to share with the CLEP community, please forward a short job description to us at

Note: Only openings appropriate for the Logistics Engineering Community will be posted. Postings may be edited for length and are posted at the sole discretion of CLEP.

Selected Bibliography –

When addressing the subject of logistics engineering, one should become familiar not only with the literature in this field, but with some of the subject areas that are closely aligned with logistics. “Logistics,” by nature, is highly interdisciplinary, and acquiring knowledge in related areas is essential if one is to progress and successfully implement logistics engineering requirements for any given program or project.

There are many sources of available reading material. One of the most comprehensive lists can be found on the DAU Life Cycle Logistics Community of Practice webpages: Life-Cycle-Logistics-Career-Field-Recommended-Reading-List.  If you have a favorite reference you’d like us to share, please let us know on the Contact Us page!

The December 2017 list can be downloaded here: Life Cycle Logistics Recommended Reading List (Updated 1 Dec 17)

Scholarship Programs

CLEP’s Scholarship Program was also established in 2010 to provide financial support to students who demonstrate promise in their academic and professional Logistics Engineering accomplishments, and to provide CLEP Members and their families resources to help off-set tuition in times of financial need.
